Dear Proposal Preparers:

Grants.gov is now here and we are submitting proposals using this new 
system.

At your convenience, please go to the following website and view the 
training 'movie' on how to complete an electronic application package:

This is a very helpful demonstration/tutorial and lets you see the 
overall game-plan for completing these applications.

GCS is writing up WHOI-specific instructions and procedures which will 
be available shortly.
