[Flex] guess who I heard from already!

Dear FLEX-ers:
Brian Midson was working at home and saw the email I sent at 4:44 pm.

He says (in part): "Thanks for the informative email. I perhaps did not 
appreciate the pervasiveness of your printing issue. I'm at home now but 
will follow-up tomorrow." He will check with the Fastlane helpdesk to 
see if other institutions are having trouble.

So I need some sample files from folks.

If you have a particular file that does not print no matter what you 
have tried, please let me know so we can get it to NSF.

If you have a file that always blows up at the same place, please let me 
know!

and for those of you who have run into other big printing problems, let 
me know and save the pdf that had the problem for us to check.

I have cc'd Maryanne Wray, as I would like her to please get me a copy 
of that lovely file we were working with today that was never seen from 
Acrobat...
