AGENDA
1.  Dissemination of FLEX information to department Administrative 
Assistants.
2.  ONR Hopper online proposal submission:  Quick discussion of 
experiences you have had.
3.  WHOIgrants:  We started to discuss the new grants management 
application at the AP Forum last week.  It involves a lot of what we do. 
           The implementers want our input and we are willing to give it.
