[Flex] HELP - something I've never run across before

Ok, I have found the department at whoi who has done this!  So long as 
you know that the PI is really going to be hired by whoi (ie - paperwork 
is in the mill) and that the PI clearly accepts the position, we go into 
fastlane under the pi's current log in and change the affiliation and 
contact information.  Then in SWU enter the PI as lead as a TBH.  The 
fastlane report doesn't give you all of the info you need, so we need to 
use reports 2 and 3 to do fastlane 1030's.
