[Flex] Fastlane Indirect Cost lines

Dear All:

Please forgive me if you have already figured this out - but we just 
stumbled on it.

With our new differing rates for each year, we will need more than the 5 
given lines in Fastlane for our Indirect Cost explanations when we have 
GRAs.

We couldn't figure out how to get more than the 5 given lines.  Turns 
out you have to fill in the 5 lines, hit "Calculate" and then you will 
be given more lines!  Yeah, like that's intuitive.
