[Flex] Fastlane and Adobe Acrobat 6

Most of you may have already seen the following:

It appears that the Fastlane Acrobat Profile (the fastlane.joboptions 
file) that you probably are already using with earlier versions of Adobe 
Acrobat will be needed for Acrobat 6 as well.

At this time the link at the bottom of the page for the FasLane Proposal 
Preparation and Submission Guide (3MB pdf) is not working.

The bottom line is that NSF's Fastlane tech group certainly isn't 
encouraging an upgrade to Acrobat 6.  If you do feel that you want to 
move to Acrobat 6 for other reasons, it's very important that that 
fastlane.joboptions file is in place.
