Due to unforeseen circumstances InfoEd's incoming phone lines are down, and
may be for as long as the day or more. Below is a statement from our phone
service provider regarding the issue:
'Currently (3/20/2002), Verizon, who is the local exchange carrier for the
Albany, NY area, is experiencing a large phone cable outage. This is
resulting in the failure/loss of service for many customers in the Albany
area. While Verizon is currently working to resolve this local issue, they
have yet to issue an estimated time to repair.'
Although our phone is not available, we are committed to providing immediate
customer service to our clients. If you need assistance, please e-mail us
your question at office@infoed.org <mailto:office@infoed.org>. We will reply
as quickly as possible and if a conversation is required, we can call back
from cell phones within our office.
We will let you know when this has been resolved. Thank you for your
patience, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
