Hello again,

Just a quick update on my recent communications with NSF (by the way, if
you have never dealt with Fastlane Help before, they are extremely
efficient and helpful). Apparently, Fastlane is having trouble with a
number of collaborative proposals, and the problem lies somewhere in
their
linking algorithm, not in anything that we did. The Fastlane technicians
are working on the problem, and the program officers are aware of the
situation, so there's nothing for us to do at this point. Hopefully this
will be my last email for a while, and I'll be back in touch with you
all
about 4 months from now with good news. :-)

Thanks again to all of you for your input to and support of this
proposal.
