[Flex] GTF reserved for Budget Sharing

HI all.

I've reserved the Group Training Facility, Clark 141, for Thursday,
October 18, 9am to noon for our budget-process sharing/get-together.
I'm still working on questionnaire.

While I'm here... any more comments on 8/29 minutes?  If not, I'll fix
them right up and make a final-final.
