[Flex] 11/15 Budget Sharing

Is everybody ready to Flex on Nov 15th from 9 to noon?

Could each of the speakers from the departments contact me as soon as
possible so I can figure how much time you might each have?  So far, I
know Jane Marsh from Biology and myself from Physical Oceanography will
be making a presentation.

Some info...
Remember this is most specifically about budget preparation, how you
gather your materials and make your budgets with general info about your
department's proposal process.  Please don't be concerned that you might
be repeating what someone else tells us.  Your department may use the
same basic ideas but in a different manner.

We would like to make a webpage using the info presented and include the
files that you show us.  Bring a floppy with your excel files etc
(whatever you want to show us).  You might want to use dummy info so
there will be no confidentiality problems.  These files can be displayed
at the front of the room from the *teacher's* computer while you are
telling us your story.
