[Flex] NSF and Electronic sigs?

Dear Maurice, Sandy and Flex-ers,

Just wanted to check in to see if you anticipated any new WHOI
procedures based on NSF's statement that they no longer need PI
signatures on a paper copy of the NSF cover sheet.

I am assuming that WHOI will still require the Green Sheet to be signed
(as with any other proposal).  Will WHOI want the NSF page signed just
for WHOI records?
