[Flex] Issues with "Allow SRO Access"

Hi everyone,

I am forwarding Nancy's email regarding her troubles with "allow SRO
access" below.

Interestingly enough, while doing a revision recently I had exactly the
opposite happen.  Neither I nor anyone else working on this proposal
gave SRO access and the proposal was submitted by grants & contracts
before it was ready.

Has anyone else had strange experiences with this part of the process?

Any comments or suggestions are welcome!

Helpdesk,

A problem continues to occur as follows:

I
am in FASTLANE (https://www.fastlane.nsf.gov/servlet/FastLane.A1PropSel)

then 'Allow SRO Access' button is clicked;
then 'GO' button is clicked to Allow SRO to view, edit and submit
proposal;
then a window says "The SRO now has complete access to proposal
0028257";
then the 'OK' button is clicked;

THEN a call is received from Grants & Contracts saying it
does not have submission access;

then Anita Norton is given the proposal name and login information;
then the 'Allow SRO Access' button is clicked;
then the window says The SRO has complete access to proposal 0028257;

THEN SRO Access is removed and reset;
then Grants & Contracts obtains access.

HELP please, this is an every submission problem.
