[Flex] Unable to Print Proposal

Has anyone else had the problem of not being able to 'print entire
proposal' from FastLane once the Project Description has been uploaded?

We've now had 2 proposals where this was the case.  The individual
document sections (Description, Biosketch, Facilities, Budget, etc.)
will print separately, but something hangs up with the request to Print
Entire....  FastLane resource was unable to solve this for us the first
time, and it finally printed a couple of days later with no tangible
solution.  This time we don't have a "couple of days", and wish NSF to
be able to 'see' the whole document at once.

Any suggestions?
