[Flex] Problems logging in to Fastlane??

Hi everyone,

Has anyone had trouble logging in to Fastlane?  Below is Tom Nemmers
message about the problems he has been having.  I have not experienced
any of this.  Anybody have any insight?  If not, is the fastlane help
desk the best route to take - just looking for opinions.
