Could we discuss as a group what we can do as a group to
inform p.i.'s they need to produce their proposals in a more
timely manner - due to delays that occur which are related
to Fastlane problems, server problems, and other
computer-related problems.

We have three proposals that were expected to be mailed at
least one week after the 2/15 target date or by 2/22, but
because of delays caused by the server problem this past
week, as well as text and Fastlane related problems - they
will not be submitted until Monday - which could mean the
proposals will have to be carried over to the next panel
review.
