[Flex] URL for Flex site

Hi all -

  The Flex site is beginning to take form - still not posted is the
document that Diane and Jane put together and that you all are
reviewing for changes.  Here is the URL:

http://www.whoi.edu/services/CIS/generalinfo/forums/flex.html

  It is linked from the CIS home page, under the left side navigation
bar item 'Forums'.  Also, it has been added to the Grants and Contract
Services web site.
