[Flex] Helvetica font in figures

Hi all -

  Following up on a point of discussion from our last meeting, I asked
the Graphics department whether they could eliminate the use of
Helvetica on figures that they create - especially if they are
destined for proposals - and the response was positive.  Here is an
excerpt from the message that Fritz Heide sent to his entire group:

> Helvetica anyway. Just get it into our heads to avoid it as a default.

Continuing to mention to Graphics that a figure may be used in a
proposal is still a good idea. Whether any of the Departments wants to
formalize this communication in some way (a standard PostIt, "Proposal
Figure" or a form listing the preferred fonts) I don't know.  If ideas
emerge and their implementations work well within your group, remember
to share the experience with Flex.
