[Flex] Linking Collaborative Proposals - Change to Procedure

Hi everyone,

I'm not sure if you all were aware but Fastlane has a new procedure for
linking collaborative proposals.  Effective August 3, in order for the
lead institution to link a proposal, the second/non-lead institution
must assign their proposal a PIN # and then forward that # along with
their temporary proposal # to the lead.  The lead institution then
enters this info through the "Link Collaborative Proposal" button.   For

By the way, does anyone know if we still need to provide Sandy with a
final proposal # from all Collaborating Institutions?
