[Flex] Progress Report Question

Dear Flex-er's,

One of our scientists wants to include 2 color photos with his progress
report to NSF. He is not adamant that the photos be seen in color at
NSF, but wants thems included no matter what. Have any of you sent
photos with a progress/final report, and are you aware of any
restrictions placed by NSF? I'll share the answers with the rest of the
group. Hoping for an answer ASAP.
