Hi everyone,

Has anyone ever had this problem? A Word file is converted to Word by
selecting "Create Adobe PDF" and in the process the original Word
document is reformatted? There is a scientist in our department who just
loaded Acrobat 4.0 on his PC and is using it for the first time. When
he converted the document the lines in the document were reformatted;
in other words, it seems like the margin was increased because the lines
wrapped in different areas than the original. Therefore, what was
originally a 15-page document is now a 16 page document. I know this
was addressed at one time but this is the first time we have had this
problem. I checked the Fastlane PDF Instructions page but that hasn't
helped. Can anyone provide any insight as to what may be going wrong?
Thanks much!

Diane
