[Flex] FLEX meeting

Hello all -

  When last we met (on August 30), we talked about meeting
sometime in October to check in and prepare for the next FastLane
deadline in February.  With one thing and another I completely
missed scheduling a meeting last month - sorry.  Let's meet:

Wednesday, December 6 at 10am
in the CIS conference room, Clark 145

Agenda items might include:

 - color graphics (anything learned from recent FLEX list inquiries?)
 - data table importing and conversion issues
 - Latex to Fastlane acceptable PDF format (from NSF helpdesk)

  FYI:  On December 5, from 1pm to 4pm will be an Excel Graphics
session in the training room.  This is an open enrollment class,
so I thought I'd notify this group before it hits Headlines this
week in case anyone would find it helpful.  Instructor (Mike
Calarese) encourages class participants to bring along their own
Excel files to work and learn on.
