WHOI-software and Woods Hole Data Mongers:

I am pleased to announce that registration is now open for a two-day
Software Carpentry Workshop with Python and git on Oct. 3 & 4 at WHOI:

https://nesclic.github.io/2019-10-03-whoi/

Here is the link to register:

Registration will soon be full; I will contact folks on the wait list by
Tuesday of that week.

You may be interested in this Workshop if you attended previous hands-on
tutorials offered at WHOI (Intro to Python data analysis
<https://tinyurl.com/pandas-talk-slides>, and Intro to git and GitHub
<https://github.com/WHOIGit/whoi-git-workshop>), and would like to learn
more. (Link to more info about The Carpentries <https://carpentries.org/>.)

Sponsored by APO's Doherty Chair in Education, co-sponsored by WHOI
Ocean Informatics initiative.

Please feel free to contact me if you'd like more information.

Best regards,
