Poseidon-users, Bioinformatics, and Data-Mongers folks:
A reminder about this opportunity tomorrow:
INTERESTED IN CLOUD COMPUTING? SEMINAR AND TUTORIAL ON JUNE 20
WHOI's Data Science Summer Series will kick-off on June 20 with a
seminar and tutorial for the Jetstream cloud computing platform, a
production cloud system funded by the NSF. Come to the seminar at 11
a.m., for an overview, then join us in the afternoon from 1 – 4 p.m.,
with your laptop for a hands-on tutorial using Jetstream via the
Atmosphere web interface. The seminar and tutorial will be in the Smith
Conference Room (Village Campus). Note: We'll accommodate those who
would like to leave early for WHOI Employee Appreciation.
