Hi, Data Mongers, bioinformatics, and software folks,
Dr. C. Titus Brown will be giving the Bio. Dept. seminar this Thursday,
July 7, noon, at Redfield Auditorium:
"Effectively infinite: how can we ask questions of environmental
sequencing data sets?"
Titus is one of the Moore Foundation's Data Driven Discovery (DDD)

He leads the Laboratory of Data Intensive Biology at UC Davis. He is
also described as an "open access champion

Titus also leads a number of educational initiatives
