[Data-Mongers] Peter Fox talk - using use cases

We'll be meeting in Redfield auditorium for Peter's talk this Friday  
August 14th at 2PM.

Cyndy Chandler set me 3 references that she found very helpful when  
her BCO-DMO project started applying use cases in their development  
effort. I've attached them below. Hope to see you all Friday at 2PM!
