Hi all
This looks good.
I am back on line sporadically over the next couple of days and then
pretty full time from the weekend. I still don't get back until 15 Sep
into Portland.

Thanks for the good input. Feel free to add specifics. My intent was
to encourage more funding for CIs in general, and I can reword to make
that much clearer. Input from savvy DC hands is welcome.
