Hello everyone,

We will have an opening in our house at 430 Woods Hole Road starting 
March 2026. You would have a private bedroom and shared bathroom with 
one other person, in addition to access to common areas (spacious living 
room, kitchen, attics, and basement) in a four-person house. Your 
roommates would be a WHOI grad student, two technicians, and a cat. Rent 
is $600 per month, plus utilities ($60-$120 per month). The initial 
sublease term will be March-August with the option to renew for next 
year in September (long-term housemates are preferred).

forward to WHOI community members you know of looking for long-term 
housing this winter. Interested parties can contact me with questions or 
to arrange an interview/tour of the house.
