[All-postdocs] Room for Rent

Hey friends!

Our roommate is moving out soon, and we're looking for someone to take his room.

Info: It's a spacious room in an apartment share located above Enea Physical Therapy. The apartment is a 3bed 2bath and comes with a full kitchen and dining room, living room, and in-unit washer/dryer, as well as full (free!) access to high-speed wifi and parking spaces. It comes optionally furnished (full-sized bed, bedside table, desk, small dresser bookshelf). Current rent for the room is $935/month. Landlord handles all yardwork and shoveling of snow in wintertime, as well as all maintenance issues.

Convenience: It is a 2 minute drive from Walmart/Shaw's/Falmouth cinema pub and Stop&Shop, a 5 minute drive from Falmouth Center and a 7 minute drive from the Peter Pan bus stop, as well as a 10 minute drive from the Village campus and a 7 minute drive from Quissett. It's also located in a walkable/bike-able neighborhood and near a variety of restaurants.
