[All-postdocs] Lease takeover_4 bedroom house_33% discount

Hi,
My name is Jay and I was a postdoc at the institution.

My contract finished recently and I am looking for someone to take over the lease. The rent would be 66% of the market price.

The lease is for a house in which the landlord family used to live, and still live during the summer. It is a fully furnished house with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen, a fireplace, a backyard and 3 parking slots. The address is 43 Pin Oak Way, and the pictures could be found online by searching the address. The drive to the campus is 6 min.

The lease finishes on May 30. The price is 2700 per month, I am willing to pay 900 per month so the new tenant would pay 1800.
