Hi all,


 
There’s a year-round furnished queen bedroom (bed, dresser, lamp, closet) available in my home starting June 1st.
 It’s a three-bedroom house in East Falmouth (by Sandwich and Brick Kiln Rds.) with a shared bathroom. Shared kitchen, dining room, living room with a nice sound system, office, basement storage, decent parking, and laundry. There’s also a back deck in rough
 shape, something that looks vaguely like a back yard with a charcoal grill, and a basketball hoop out front. No smoking. House is 15 minutes from Quissett Campus in the winter, 18-20 in the summer. Adjacent to Mares Pond Reservation (conservation land). $950/mo,
 utilities and internet included. 
 


The two roommates are me (early 30’s, he/him, clean, unfortunately not always quiet (I enjoy music), long-distance married �� and therefore often absent for long periods) and a mid-20’s male (WHOI engineer, car mechanic, skateboarder, artist,
 guitarist—i.e. also not always quiet). But we’re usually pretty good about turning the music down at bedtime. Looking for someone clean and conscientious.
