 Hello,

We are looking for a roommate. Room in a 4 bedroom house is available to rent starting December 1st. All rooms include access to common spaces: kitchen, living room, dining room, basement, outdoor shower. This place is a walking distance from Woods Hole village and WHOI/MBL. Great location for postdocs.

Rent: $675 a month.

For your first month, you pay first month rent, last month rent and a security deposit. You get your last month rent and your security deposit back when you decide to move out.
