[All-postdocs] Housing option during several dates

Dear postdocs,

In the coming months, I will be traveling intermittently, and I would be happy to sublet my beautiful apartment in East Falmouth (very close to sandwich road, 15 min drive from Quissett Campus) to a fellow postdoc for either the whole time or for a few weeks.

The rent is 500$/week, including all utilities. Price is negotiable depending on the length of the stay. The apartment is a spacious and illuminated 1-bedroom unit attached to the main house with a separate entrance and parking space. The neighbors are the sons of the landlords and are very nice and quiet (you won't interact with them unless you want to).
The apartment is fully furnished, the kitchen includes all appliances (including a Roomba), and you could potentially also use my car.
They request that tenants don't smoke, and pets are not allowed.

The dates for subletting the house are flexible at this time, but tentatively available dates are:

  1.  From January 2 to January 30.
  2.  From Feb 10 to Feb 25.
  3.  From March 14 to May 1.
