[All-postdocs] Year-Round Room Available in Woods Hole House

Hi all,

We have a room opening in our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Woods Hole this summer! This is a year-round rental opportunity – initially subletting from June-August, with the opportunity to renew the lease with us in September. The house is partially furnished, aside from the open bedroom. The house includes a large kitchen, dining room, and living room, washer and dryer, lots of storage spaces, plenty of parking, a meadow with garden space, and a nice home gym (pictures/tour available upon request).

We are located in walking distance from both Quissett and the Village (~2 min drive to each) and ~5 minute bike ride to Shore Lab beach on the bike path. Rent is $550/month, utilities averaging around ~$75-125/month/person. Your roommates would be two JP students, a WHOI lab technician, and a 7-year old cat. The start date can be in the ~June 15-July 15 range (room for flexibility).
