as part of the newly funded EU project VERTical EXchange in the Southern Ocean (VERTEXSO) led by Alexander Haumann, we have an opening for a two-yearPostDoc in Oceanography at the Alfred Wegener Institute. The position will investigate vertical exchange processes in the seasonally ice-covered Southern Ocean and perform water mass analysis using physical and biogeochemical ocean tracer data from Argo floats and ship-board observations.
