[All-postdocs] Reminder: Academic Jobs Workshop & outdoor social tomorrow

This is a friendly reminder that the third meeting of the 2022 Academic Application Workshop is tomorrow, Thursday, September 29th from 3 to 4:30 pm.

Dr. Melisa Diaz (Assistant Professor, University of Colorado) and Dr. Alex Gonzalez (Assistant Scientist, WHOI) will provide advice and answer questions regarding the Diversity Statement. Following the panel discussion, we will break into peer-review groups and provide feedback on each other's Teaching Statements.

Please try to upload your Teaching Statement before the workshop commences tomorrow. This gives you and your peers time to reach through them before the breakout sessions. After each workshop meeting, we are hosting an in-person outdoor social activity that is open to all postdocs, regardless of workshop participation. This week's social get-together will be at the Redfield picnic tables. We will serve warm and cold beverages. Please join us!!
