[All-postdocs] Year-round 2-bedroom $1700/mth avail. Dec 12

Hi folks,

My time on cape is wrapping up and I wanted to help my landlady find the next tenant. Please spread the word to anyone interested - it's a gem (rent Zestimate is $2070/mth).

Year-round two-bedroom house will be available December 12th at $1700/mth. Comes with a heated porch/sunroom and large detached basement. Rent includes water, sewer, and trash. Located in Cataumet (18 min drive/1hr bike from Quissett, 15 min drive to Market Basket, 20 min bike to Old Silver beach), with trails, cranberry bogs, and bike path nearby. No laundry hookup, but laundry is available 7 min away. Pear tree on property, lots of space for in-ground gardening, and outdoor lounging.

Property is professionally managed and landlady is prompt with responses/maintenance. Landlady prefers to keep rental within the WHOI community, so it's not going up on CL/Zillow for now, and prefers tenants with excellent credit and references. No rental application fees.
