Hi all,

I’m looking to fill 1 bedroom in my condo available May 28th-the end of August in Falmouth, a five minute drive to WHOI’s Quissett campus. I would potentially be willing to extend past a summer rental. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is very clean, and I have a little dog named Edgar! He is fluffy.

I would be your roommate (26 year-old woman) and on the weekends my partner comes to visit from Cambridge. I will be gone on a cruise for all of July. You would have the place to yourself during that month.

Rent is $1000 + utilities (usually around $75/person).

Some other info:

  *   The condo is centrally located in Falmouth, walking distance to the Falmouth Coffee O, downtown, and a two minute drive to Stop and Shop.
  *   It is located on the bike path and takes about 12 minutes to bike to WHOI
  *   It is furnished (pretty adorably, if I may add)
  *   We are a very musical house, so we have several guitars (electric and acoustic) and a baby grand piano. We welcome fellow musicians for jam sessions!
  *   There is a patio with a new grill and an herb garden
  *   I love cooking and having communal meals every now and then
  *   Dogs are welcomed as long as they get along with my pup
