Hi all,

I'm looking to fill two bedrooms in our rental home in East Falmouth available around late April/early May. The house is a 3-bedroom 2-bath home owned by Amanda Spivak (previous WHOI faculty) and her husband, and is located in the Davisville Rd. neighborhood. The two rooms are particularly ideal for a couple needing a home office (both are upstairs, share a bathroom, and have lots of privacy from the rest of the house) or two friends.

The roommate situation: I'd be your roommate (27-year-old woman) until around December when I graduate, and then you'd have the option of either taking over the entire lease or finding a new roommate to replace me.

Rent is $1900 + utilities for entire house, or $633 per person with 3 roommates.

Some other info:

  *   The house is on a larger plot with a detached garaged used for storage and a guest house currently rented out to a WHOI postdoc.
  *   It's an old house built in the 1800s and has a large, updated kitchen with a dishwasher and island.
  *   Unfurnished
  *   Pet friendly, although no dogs please until after I'm gone!
  *   0.6 miles from Menauhant Beach
