I’m working remotely for a while and subletting my house long term. Some key info below and please share if you know of anyone looking for a place on the cape — 

One year sublease or until next summer. Longer term rental possible after one year. The house is nicely furnished with 2 br 1bath, roomy front porch (heated in winter), and basement. House is in Cataumet, 20 min drive to WHOI. Monthly rent $1250 + utility. High speed wifi is included in rent. No laundry on site (closest Laundromat is 8min away). This is the best year-round rental deal on the cape, ideal for single professional/couple/small family. Respectful and responsible individuals only.
