last couple of winters is available for next winter. Beautiful location 
in Woods Hole village and an easy walk or bike ride to Quissett campus 
on the bike path (~2miles). We have absolutely loved living here! See

stores, and beach. All rooms have water views. Large eat-in kitchen, 
large living room, 3 upstairs bedrooms, one bathroom, one powder room, 
large closets. Shared laundry in basement. Maximum parking for two cars 
on property. Small deck leads to lawns and gardens. $1,795 monthly rent 
includes utilities and internet. Maximum of 2 people. No pets. 
References required and checked and proof of sufficient income. Lease 
term would be from 10/1/2020 through 6/15/2021 with some flexibility. If
