[All-postdocs] year-round room in Falmouth

Hi Postdocs,


I am looking for two housemates in a three bedroom, two bathroom house 
in Falmouth on Gifford Street. It is close to the bike path and Main 
Street businesses, and about a 15min walk to the beach on Shore Dr. The 
first floor has a large and well-lit living room with fireplace, dining 
area, and open kitchen. There is a spacious basement with washer and 
drier and plenty of space for storage. Both of the the vacant rooms are 
located on the second floor with vaulted ceilings, skylight, walk in 
closets, and a shared bathroom. There is parking space for three cars 
and a great porch surrounded by trees. Central gas heating, electric 
stove, newer appliances, hardwood floors in living areas and carpet in 
bedrooms. The rent is $650/month plus shared utilities (i.e., 
electricity, internet, heating). No pets preferred. One of the rooms is 
available on or before Aug 1, the other is available as of Aug 1.
