[Postdoctoral Coordinator]

Monthly rental of $1,500 for spacious bedroom (with king-sized bed, 
large sitting area and private bath).  Shared space in large home on 
quiet cul-de-sac, with access to heated pool (seasonally), hot tub and 
other amenities (including kitchen and laundry).
Prefer single occupant on a month-to-month basis, subject to credit and 
background check.  Willing to consider long-term rental after six 
months.  References also required.  First month's rent ($1,500) and 
security deposit due at time of agreement. Pictures also available upon 
request.
