[All-postdocs] Apartment available August 1

Hi all,

I have a year round one bedroom, one bath apartment that will be 
available to rent August 1 for $1525 a month. My fiancé and I are moving 
out of state in July and are looking for someone to take over our 
year-round lease.

The apartment is in the Mashpee Commons. We have really enjoyed living 
there. It has been super convenient to have shops and restaurants nearby 
and the organic market just across the street (there are also resident 
discounts). It could be a particularly nice place to live for someone 
looking for a newer apartment or walkable conveniences. The property 
managers have also been very accommodating and easy to deal with.

The apartment is ~900 sq ft with a large and bright living area. The 
apartment is on the second floor (with an elevator), has high ceilings, 
southern exposure for good natural light, a dishwasher, a relatively 
updated and open kitchen, and four closets. Coin operated laundry is 
just down the hall on the same level. Utilities have been reasonable and 
the apartment has gas heat and AC. We also have two cats here and cats 
will be considered.

We have enjoyed living here and are sad to leave so soon. Please forward
