[All-postdocs] year-round housing opportunity in Falmouth

Hi postdocs,

I just thought I would share a year-round housing opportunity with you:

My partner and I are leaving Woods Hole on July 1st, and our house will be up for rent once again. I am sharing it with you because this place is great and would probably be of interest to postdocs! 

The house is a 2 bedroom with a large unfinished basement great for storage. It has a great backyard with a small deck. It includes private outdoor parking for 2 cars. It’s very well located in a quiet dead-end with no traffic and within walking distance to Stop and Shop and main street Falmouth. Our rent was $1,520 + utilities. 

The landlords, Chris and Virginia, are very nice and responsive when needed.
