[All-postdocs] Furniture for sale

Hi everybody,

My landlord is selling a few pieces of furniture that are in good 
structural condition but have somewhat worn out upholstery. She is 
selling two arm chairs, a three-person sofa and a large dining room rug 
(see attached photos). She says that she'll sell everything together for 
a total of $35, but she is happy to sell individual items as well.
