[All-postdocs] temporary/seasonal housing available

Hi, all.

I am moving out of my wonderful seasonal "winter" rental in April, and
wanted to let you all know that it is available from April 15 through part
of June, then will be available as a winter rental again October 2019
through maybe part of June 2020, in case you know of any visitors needing a
temporary place or someone needing a future winter rental.

It is a very comfortable house in a great location in Falmouth Heights.  In
addition to the information provided on the housing website, it has a nice
washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and plenty of parking.  The rate is listed
as $900 per week, but that is the summer weekly rate.  It is likely that
you can get the rate much lower for April 15 through May.  My monthly rent
for the winter period has been $900, plus utilities, so I imagine the Oct
2019 winter rate will be that or similar.
