[All-postdocs] SciPy 2019 Earth Science Mini Symposium Call

Hi All,

I just wanted to announce that the SciPy Conference is accepting calls for
talks and posters in the Earth Science track. The conference is for
scientists as well as developers. There are extremely helpful tutorials
preceding the conference as well that can provide valuable training for
scientists using popular scientific python libraries like scipy,
scikitlearn, and pandas to name a few. Please let me know if you have any

*SciPy 2019 Earth Science Mini Symposium Call*

The 2019 SciPy Conference track for the Earth, Ocean, Geo, and Atmospheric
Sciences is currently accepting proposals for talks and posters (due Feb.
15th, 2019). Accepted talk participants will also have the opportunity to
submit technical conference proceedings manuscripts. SciPy is a great
opportunity to share community developed libraries or interesting
applications of the python development environment to interrogate Earth
Science datasets.

SciPy 2019, the 18th annual Scientific Computing with Python conference,
will be held July 8-14, 2019 in Austin, Texas. The annual SciPy Conference
brings together over 800 participants from industry, academia, and
government to showcase their latest projects, learn from skilled users and
developers, and collaborate on code development. The call for abstracts for
SciPy 2019 for talks, posters and tutorials is now open. SciPy offers a
great forum for scientists and developers to interact and collaborate.
