Hi all,

I am leaving my shared house in Woods Hole (17 McGregor Rd) at the end of September, and my housemate(s) are looking for new roomates to start in October/November.

It’s a great spot between Quisset and the Village, a short walk to the Shore lab / Trunk River beach and the bike path. It’s a spacious house (5 bedrooms, 2 bath) with plenty of storage room, parking, a deck/grill. The rent is a steal - $450 - $600 /each ($1800 total, split 3 or 4 ways typically) before utilities.
