[All-postdocs] Falmouth Rental Available - Sept2019-June2019

Hi WHOI students and ?Post-docs,


There's a fabulous, seasonal rental in Falmouth Heights available from September 2019 to June 2020. It's a two-story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath house very close to the beach, near Little Pond. The landlords have housed WHOI students and post-docs here in past years and would like to prioritize the place for WHOI affiliates. They are looking ideally for just two people to stay there, who would split a total monthly rent of $1200 (not including gas, electric, and internet). Even for a winter seasonal rental this rent is a steal for this place, which comes fully furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a patio and grill, a lawn (which the landlords hire someone to take care of), and second-floor deck. I stayed there last fall-spring with my partner and we really enjoyed having this space (and lots of it) and all the amenities it comes with. The landlords have been very conscious and active about making sure the house is well maintained.
