[All-postdocs] Apartment for Rent May 1st

Hi Everyone,

I am leaving in a few weeks and my East Falmouth apartment will be  
available for rent May 1. It is an over the garage in-law suite and  
the landlords (Joanna and Scott Roberts) are wonderful people! All  
inclusive which has been great as well.
  There will be two open houses, please email my landlord Joanna  
(joannaroberts at comcast.net) for the days and times. Here is the  
information:

Available May 1st we have a second floor in-law apartment for rent in  
East Falmouth. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 office, full bath,  
living room, and small kitchen with full size appliances. The bedroom  
and office both have built in drawers and there is attic space for  
storage. There are 2 private entrances with one having its own small  
deck.  There is not washer/dryer access but we are not far from a  
laundry mat.  We are asking $1200 a month which includes electricity,  
heat, and water. We will need first months rent and a security deposit.
